      Updated all menus to "Hidden" by default to reduce load times.
      Enable the desired options.
      Really, Talent Selector is the worst offender because it creates a ton of Menus.
      You can enable a menu to select your settings and disable it in general so it does not affect load times except when changing settings.
      Real world testing showed a .2 second load time for all modules enabled, and up to a 1 second load time with menus, so up to a .8 second increase with menus loaded.  If you do not care about .8 seconds per load, you can just leave all enabled.
