What's new

Ruyi 1.0.6 - unified localization architecture and performance fixes.

Changes:
- Automatic enUS/zhCN selection with 3,730 keys per language and English fallback for missing translations.
- Localized item, spell, NPC, map and talent names are retrieved by ID through client APIs.
- Name refresh reuses indexes; gathering and buff reminders filter to the player; quest nameplates match by target index; stale flight probing ends after crowd control.
- Version 1.0.6 used consistently across metadata and interface.

Validation:
152 core regressions, 73 client-source integrations and 23 performance checks pass; syntax, loading, localization, data integrity and packaging re-verified.

Install:
Extract into Interface/AddOns/ so Ruyi.toc sits directly under AddOns/Ruyi/, then type /ruyi.
