Royalties

A guild ladder that buys nothing, a way to find out what keys everyone is carrying, and one key that drops world markers in order.

New — Royal Points

A fictional guild currency, per season, ranked from Peasant to The King.

• You earn it for killing raid bosses (Mythic pays four times what Normal does, LFR pays nothing), finishing Mythic+ keys, and your first kill of an encounter.
• The social half is the point. Running your key because a guildmate asked pays the most of anything; filling somebody's group, turning up to a ready check with flask and food, and answering an addon check all score.
• The Court — /royal court, or the strip across the top of the hub — shows your rank, what is left to the next one, every scoring rule, and the guild ladder in class colours. Whoever is leading wears a crown.
• The ladder is gossip, not polling: everyone running Royalties hears the answers when any one person refreshes, so it goes out once every half hour for the whole guild no matter how many people are watching.
• It resets each Mythic+ season and keeps what you finished on, so starting in March is not starting hopeless.
• Points are per account, not per character. Sharing can be turned off without turning off earning.

New — Guild Keys

• /royal key find, or Guild keys in the hub: ask who is carrying what, and see every answer in one list with the level, the owner and their score.
• Ask somebody to run theirs. They get a popup; if they say yes it posts the key through the normal group starter and pulls you in without you clicking anything. If they say no, or the key is gone, you are told.
• Choose per session whether to ask the guild, your group, or both — sitting in a party with a friend while looking for a guild key is the ordinary case, not the exception.

New — world marker cycler

• Three key bindings under Royalties in the Key Bindings panel: drop the next world marker where the mouse is pointing, clear the last one, restart the cycle. It works in combat, which is the point.
• The cycle follows the world bar's own icon order, and how far down it runs before wrapping is a slider — most pulls only want three.

Changed

• The hub is two columns and wider. Nine rows in one column was heading for a scroll bar, and a row you have to scroll to find is a row people stop using.
• /royal help now lists /royal key find and /royal court.
