Royalties 1.5.0 — Raid Bingo, and Royal Roll fixes

NEW — RAID BINGO

A joke card for the raid night, under Raid Break. /royal bingo deals you
sixteen raid-night classics on a 4x4 grid; tick them as they happen. A row,
column or diagonal shouts BINGO in raid chat with the line that won, and all
sixteen is a BLACKOUT.

- 61 squares ship with the addon, guild in-jokes included. Every card is
  drawn from the same list, so two people's cards are always comparable.
- Optional wager, zero by default. Set a stake and everyone invited gets
  three choices: take it, play for nothing, or stay out. On a bingo the
  winner's card announces what they collect and from how many people.
- Opening bingo invites everyone else running Royalties with a popup that
  explains the rules, so nobody needs briefing first.
- Your card survives a reload mid-raid and clears when you leave the group.

Ticking is manual on purpose: since 12.0 an addon cannot read the combat
log, and half the squares are things no API would ever report anyway.

FIXED — ROYAL ROLL DROPPED CROSS-REALM ROLLS

A cross-realm opponent's rolls were silently discarded, so the turn never
advanced and the game deadlocked with no error. A chat message names the
sender "Name-Realm" but the /roll system message says just "Name", so the
two produced different keys for one player. Same-realm games were never
affected.

Also in Royal Roll:
- A rejected roll now re-prompts instead of leaving nobody holding a button.
- The roll goes out before the button hides, so a roll that does not fire
  leaves the button up rather than vanishing silently.
- The prompt is recomputed every second while a game runs, so any missed
  event corrects itself instead of stranding the game.
- /royal roll debug logs what each client rolled and saw, for diagnosing
  anything that still misbehaves. Off by default.

FIXED — OPTIONS SIDEBAR OVERFLOWED

Twelve pages plus four category captions exceeded the sidebar's height, so
About rendered over the footer. The sidebar now scrolls, and opening a page
by slash command scrolls its entry into view.
