Rotation Timeline Bridge

  ### Raidbots Dummy Training

  - Added rotation imports from the Sample Ability Log of public Raidbots reports through the companion website.
  - Added a Simple workflow for copying the complete sim rotation and an Advanced workflow with timeline review and spell filters.
  - Raidbots rotations now start automatically when entering combat with a training dummy and stop when combat ends.
  - Preserved precombat actions at the start of the rotation while excluding wait-only and internal APL rows.
  - Raidbots imports are rotation-only and never create or replace talent loadouts.

  ### Localization

  - Imported spell and item names are now resolved by numeric ID and follow the WoW client language.
  - Cast matching, icons, and playback remain ID-based and do not depend on English report names.

  ### Companion Website

  - Added spell and item icons to Raidbots timelines.
  - Added restorable Raidbots report URLs with Simple/Advanced state and Advanced spell filters.
  - Added clearer copy confirmation and aligned Raidbots controls and metadata with the Warcraft Logs interface.
