Rotation Timeline Bridge
Imports full rotation timelines from Warcraft Logs and displays them as a scrolling in-game overlay that follows along in real-time on pull.

• Update Highlights
- Added Saved Rotations: save, load, overwrite, rename, and delete rotations directly in the addon.
- Added 10 fixed save slots with a clear Saved Rotations view.
- Added a new Compact Rotation Helper window showing:
- previous spell,
- current spell,
- next spell,
- spell after next.
- Added timing labels above helper spells, including countdowns and NOW.
- Added Minimap right-click to toggle the Compact Rotation Helper.
- Improved fast-spell handling so recent spells remain visible briefly instead of disappearing immediately.
