This add-on was planned, but never really got the chance to actually be developed. However, someone else already made a similar add-on, so this is passing the torch to them, instead: http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/lfrtools/

This addon was created because of the hassle of so many players trying to "cheat" the LFR and LFD queues by queueing roles inappropriate for their specialization. It is very common to see DPS queueing into tank and healer roles without the proper gear or the proper specialization. While this addon does not check a person's gear for appropriateness, it will check to see if they have at least set their specialization, and will give warnings on ready checks into the chat box if a problem is found. Optionally, it can echo this information to the instance to alert players. It will also tint a person's role color if it detects an unmatched specialization.
