Add full Subtlety support with automatic talent-tree detection.
Hemorrhage is used as the standard builder while Slice and Dice, Rupture, Eviscerate, and last-moment Deadly Poison protection remain covered. Full Subtlety builds can follow Premeditation, Shadowstep, and Garrote when trained, while hybrid builds retain Blade Flurry support.
Expanded the built-in Rogue rotation checks from 31 to 41.
