- Fixed dialog overlap: readable, opaque secondary windows with proper stacking, focus, and Escape behavior.

- Simplified navigation: three main entry points, dedicated library/reader views, smaller Settings pages, and a clickable title that returns Home.

- Expanded waypoint popups: quest titles, levels, distances, reward icons, and native item tooltips.
- Added private loot tracking: persistent receipts, item metadata, source attribution, quantities, rarity grouping, history, and observed loot rates.
- Added quest reward previews and fixed overlapping reward headings.
- Removed technical clutter from item tooltips.
- Moved global loot into Library: searchable items with source pages; individual sources retain Items/History.
- Improved release hygiene: build artifacts excluded from Git, verified ZIPs, documentation, and regression coverage.
