Shows item values in tooltips, compares against your equipped gear, detects your spec from your talents, manages outfits and much more. No Pawn, no external databases, no dependencies.

Item Tooltips

• Score per item based on your class/spec stat weights
• ▲/▼ upgrade comparison with exact percentage vs. your equipped items
• Stat differences — shows what you gain and lose
• Hit/expertise caps — stats above your cap are automatically devalued
• Socket value — empty sockets counted as best gems
• Multi-spec view — see at a glance which of your specs the item fits (unsuitable specs shown in red)
• Item details — iLvl, item ID and vendor price in the tooltip

Player Tooltips

• Class-colored names, guild + rank, player's target
• Talent spec via inspect — see exactly how someone is specced (0/49/12)
• GearScore + average item level of any player you hover

Gear Management

• Score + item level on every equipment slot (character & inspect frame)
• Missing enchant / empty socket warnings — red or orange slot borders
• Stats panel next to the character frame with totals
• Upgrade arrows — marks slots that have a better item in your bags

Outfits

• Save, equip, preview and delete gear sets — right at the character window
• Each outfit can have an icon, a linked spec/scale and auto-equip on spec change
• Outfit bar, macros, vendor-sell protection for set items

Quality of Life

• Quick sell button — sell all items up to a chosen quality (gray/white/green/blue) at vendors. Works with Blizzard, ElvUI and other bag UIs, freely draggable
• Upgrade icons in bags, bank, merchant and loot windows
• Loot roll hints and quest reward markers
• Minimap button, everything clickable — no slash commands needed

Spec & Scale System

• Automatic spec detection for TBC's free talent trees (hybrids resolved by gear, druid cat/bear by shapeshift form)
• Role selector: Auto / Tank / Healer / DPS
• All weights and caps editable in the UI, import/export to share scales
• Works on Era, TBC, WotLK and newer clients

Usage

• /rlbi — opens the settings UI (or click the minimap button)
• Hover an item → score and upgrade lines
• Hover a player → spec and gear info
• Open the character window → stats panel + outfit list + slot info
