RiizUI v16g Hotfix2

-Fixed a bug with alternative noportrait thickframes background

RiizUI V16g Hotfix1:

-Fixed bug with focus frame health bar color settings

-Fixed bug with ToT portrait not showing

-Added new options category WeakAuras. From there it is possible to import weakauras by pressing a button. At the moment there are 3 weakauras to provide "bigdebuffs" CC functionality for no portrait frames.

-Added option to change health bar, mana bar and castbar textures. Requires SharedMedia addon to use!

RiizUI V16f Beta:

-New settings GUI

-Option to use noportrait target frames (3 different styles. thick frames, thick frames v2 and normal no portrait frame)

-Option to hide player / target / focus level text and change texture to clean one without level text

-Option to change target / player / focus color settings invidually

-Option to hide blizzard castbar

-Option to hide tooltips on blizzard raidframe buffs.
