Camp Perks module fixes

• "Active Bonuses" now shows the camp bonuses. Previously it only showed the remaining time ("60 minutes left"). Now each camp bonus gets its own line, e.g. "+2 Intellect (Incense)". Each additional camp element adds another line.
• All camp buffs are detected, not just "Camp Perks". This includes "Welcoming Campfire" and "Campfire nearby". Detection uses the spell ID, so it works in every client language.
• The short auras that only last while you stand at the fire show as "at campfire" in the tooltip. They don't count toward the time in the bar, so there is no constantly restarting countdown anymore.
• /rb api now also lists all of your buffs with spell IDs in the Camp Perks module. This helps with bug reports.

Fehlerbehebungen beim Modul Lagervorteile

• „Aktive Boni“ zeigt jetzt die Lagerboni. Bisher stand dort nur die Restzeit („Noch 60 Minuten“). Jetzt erscheint jeder Lagerbonus in einer eigenen Zeile, z. B. „+2 Intelligenz (Räucherkerze)“. Kommen weitere Lagerelemente dazu, folgen weitere Zeilen.
• Alle Lagerbuffs werden erkannt, nicht nur „Lagervorteile“. Das gilt auch für „Einladendes Lagerfeuer“ und „Lagerfeuer in der Nähe“. Erkannt wird über die Zauber-ID, das klappt in jeder Spielsprache.
• Die kurzen Auren, die nur gelten, solange du am Feuer stehst, zeigt der Tooltip als „am Lagerfeuer“. Für die Zeit in der Bar zählen sie nicht, deshalb läuft dort kein ständig neu startender Countdown mehr.
• /rb api listet beim Modul Lagervorteile zusätzlich alle eigenen Buffs mit Zauber-ID. Das hilft bei Fehlermeldungen.
