Revenger
Keeps a list of the players who killed you, and tells you when one of them shows up again. Built for WoW: Forever (client 1.60.x).
What it does
When a player kills you, a window lists everyone who damaged you on the way down — name, level, class and how much they hit you for, biggest hitter first, with the killing blow marked. Tick whoever belongs on your hate list.
When one of them turns up near you afterwards, Revenger plays a sound, flashes their name on screen and holds them in a small watchlist frame until they are gone. Click the name there to target them and drop a skull on them.
Battlegrounds and arenas are ignored on purpose. This is for the open world.
The list
- Shared by every character on the account — ganked on the main, warned on the alt
- Remembers for anything from a day to forever, counted from the last time they killed you, so a repeat offender keeps himself on the list
- Pin anyone you never want to forget; pinned entries ignore the time limit
- Leave a note on anyone, so next time you remember why they are on there
- Add someone by name by hand — class and level fill themselves in the first time you run into them

The minimap button opens the menu on left click, the list on right click.
Settings cover how long to remember someone, a minimum damage threshold, and
separate switches for the sound, the flash and the minimap button. The alert
sound can be picked from a handful of built-in ones at a volume you choose, or
replaced with your own .ogg or .mp3 dropped in the addon folder.
Worth knowing
The death window only sees the last ten hits. That is all the game keeps, so if several people jump you at once, whoever opened may have fallen off the end by the time you hit the floor.
Spotting someone is reactive, not a radar. Revenger finds out when a nameplate appears, when you target or mouse over them, or when they speak — so the warning comes when they show themselves, not the moment they come into range.
Install
Drop the Revenger folder into Interface/AddOns.
