• Add .buyAll function (#362)
  The current .buy function only buys up to the specified amount, e.g.
  if I want to buy 3 Lesser Healing Potions but I already have 1 on me,
  the addon only buys 2.
  In order not to break any guides out there, add a new .buyAll
  function.
• Fix .buy limited stock bug (#363)
  If we tried to buy more than is available of something, nothing
  happens and we receive an error: "That item is currently sold out."
  Now it will cap the total buy quantity to numAvailable returned from
  GetMerchantItemInfo().
