* TOC Interface Version updated

* Bug fix: Ensures Reputable is fully loaded before running any hooks

* Bug fix: Sometimes quests were not showing as "In Progress" on tooltips

* Bug fix: Minimap button should now be gathered by minimap addons

* Bug fix: Classbooks of abilities that can't be downranked showed as not yet learned

* Nightbane should mark as complete once the last quest is complete, even if you destroy the urn

* Ony should mark as complete even if you destroy the amulet

* Once you pick a Ring from the Violet Eye, the other quests you cannot do get marked complete

* Will no longer send/recieve addon messages for a few seconds around reset time

* Made quest accepted/completed system messages quest hyperlinks, so you can easy link them / see status of alts

* More quest junk
