    Bump Interface to 120100 for patch 12.1.0

    The client updated to 12.1.0, which leaves the addon flagged "Out of date"
    at character select (and unloaded unless "Load out of date AddOns" is
    ticked). Confirmed the new interface number against addons that updated
    alongside the patch -- All the Things now lists 120007, 120100, and 47
    other installed addons moved to 120100.

    Lint only on branch pushes (skip tags); bump checkout to v5

    Tag pushes count as push events, so lint was re-running on every release tag in
    addition to the master push -- three workflow runs per release. Restrict lint to
    branch pushes so tags only trigger the release workflow. Also bump this file's
    checkout@v4 -> v5 for the Node 24 runner.
