    Add support for weekly by day of the week

    * Moved the weekly list to Core so it's accessible to both Reminder and
    UI
    * Save the day to the DB
    * Default day to Tuesday for those weekly reminders without a day
    * Handle day in ToString and Serialize
    * Changed timer logic to handle arbitrary day and not just Tuesday
