Transitional version that should still retain Legion functionality while also providing functionality to the BfA Beta and Pre-patch PTR.
Battle for Azeroth removes all artifact traits, so trait-based functionality of RelicInspector is disabled in 8.0+ clients. The addon will still display the socketed relics in your weapon and those you inspect or link, along with now displaying the +Item Level value where traits once were. Relics will now display Spec requirements for the relic type without displaying any trait information.
A future post-BfA release of RelicInspector will remove the trait code and consolidate on the BfA model.
