Bug Fixes

• Fixed genuine officers being misidentified as unauthorized senders. The officer-verification check was using an API call that doesn't actually look up rank by player - it was silently misclassifying legitimate officers as non-officers, which showed up as repeated "received message from non-officer" spam even from real officer accounts. Now correctly checks a sender's actual guild rank.
• Also quietened this check in general - a message correctly rejected from someone genuinely unauthorized is expected, routine behaviour and no longer prints anything visible.
