Regular Tab

Restores pre-legion tab targeting functionality.

Tab targeting logic will be restored to the pre-legion patterns by changing
tab-target specific CVars wich are inaccessible through the ingame options
and will once again behave in a more consistent and predictable manner.

As of 7.1 part of the old tab-targeting logic is now baseline, however there still
remain CVars wich can be utilized to improve the tab-targeting system and bring
it more in line with the system that had been in use pre-legion.

Tab target will now:

• not target units across the ocean
• not target units off-screen
• prioritize units right in front of you
• allow to target other units during combat
