• fix SHA256 preproc padding bug causing HMAC failure for ~1/64 of exports
  When (len+9) % 64 == 0, the extra zero-padding was computed as 64 instead
  of 0, producing a wrong hash for any message whose length is ≡ 55 (mod 64).
  Adding the outer % 64 corrects the edge case without affecting other lengths.
