• fix: make SSC/TK timed-clear achievements survive disconnect/relog (#142)
  Timed full-clears ("Drained the Swamp", "Shattered the Eye") relied on a
  single run timer that broke on DC/relog — inflating duration with offline
  time (denying legit clears) or restarting fresh (awarding undeserved clears
  from killing only the final boss). Now each boss kill records a wall-clock
  timestamp that is persisted per-kill and restored across relog/wipe run-backs;
  the clear time is measured first-kill->last-kill and only awarded when the
  full boss set was killed this run.
