• fix AB assault delay and add quest backfill for Terokkar/Netherstorm/Shadowmoon
  • Fire PVP_OBJECTIVE_CAPTURED immediately on AB assault instead of waiting
    for the capture confirmation (~60s delay). Disgracin the Basin (id 3006)
    says "Assault 3 bases", so credit belongs at assault time, not capture.
  • Add quest backfill functions for Terokkar Forest (5002), Netherstorm (5016),
    and Shadowmoon Valley (5020), which were missing. Quest IDs sourced from
    the Questie TBC database. Wired into the existing 20s deferred Init block.
