• feat: Vengeance incoming soul-fragment row (#20)
  A thin row above the Vengeance soul bar previews fragments inbound from your generators. Each mark drains right-to-left and fades at the predicted arrival.
  Sources (per SimC): Fracture (+1 with Metamorphosis), Soul Carver, Sigil of Spite (+1 with Soul Sigils), every other sigil with Soul Sigils, Fel Devastation with Meteoric Rise, and Aldrachi Tactics. Cast-anchored timing with soft-window fade resolution so it never waits on an arrival the secret-values system blocks. CHANNEL_START double-dispatch on Fel Dev debounced. Survivors pack left when an earlier soul finishes.
  New options: Incoming souls colour, X / Y offset, show toggle; preview block + legend entry. Default amber chosen to read against the violet soul fill. Stale auto-seeded defaults migrate on first load without overwriting user-picked colours.
