• fix: persist profile edits across profile switches, add profile delete (#29)
  Profile switches rebind the live settings tables to the stored profile record, but the record went stale: saved variables drop table identity across a reload, drag saves replace the position tables, and the lazily created havoc/vengeance namespaces never joined the record, so switching away and back reverted positions and re-unlocked bars. SaveActive now syncs the live tables into the record before every switch and export and on logout. The profile popover gains a per-row delete button with confirmation; deleting the active profile falls back to Default.
