  • Add Consume/Devour and Soul Immolation fury previews (#12)
    Predicts incoming fury during Consume (+8) and Devour (+16) casts as
    a distinct segment leftmost on the projection chain, and during the
    Soul Immolation buff via a per-tick stepdown (5 fury/tick over 6
    ticks). Both have their own toggle checkbox and recolorable segment.
    Also adds zhCN/zhTW localization for the full UI and TOC notes.
