--Added a slash command /RRC on or /RRC off to completely turn on and off the tooltips without having to go into options

--Added an option to turn off the crafting reagents line when mousing over a crafted item (in case you have another addon already adding this info)

--Changed the method of getting the crafting reagents for crafted items so that it should work for all languages
