RCLootCouncil - BIS

A module for RCLootCouncil!

Required Addons

Both addons must be installed and enabled:

• RCLootCouncil
• RCLootCouncil - ExtraUtilities — only required for tier-set bonus checking.

RCLootCouncil - BIS is an extension module and will not function independently.

RCLootCouncil - BIS adds Best-in-Slot information directly to RCLootCouncil, helping loot councils quickly see how valuable an item is for each candidate’s specialization.

The addon compares items against BIS lists from Wowhead, Icy Veins, and Archon, displaying the results inside the RCLootCouncil voting interface and item tooltips.

RCLootCouncil is required. This addon is a module and will not work without it.

Features

• Adds Wowhead, Icy Veins, and Archon columns to the voting table.
• Matches each candidate’s specialization against the included BIS data.
• Clearly identifies BIS items, BIS tier pieces, ranked trinkets, and Archon rankings.
• Shows BIS information for every applicable specialization in item tooltips.
• Includes a dedicated BIS browser for viewing gear by class, specialization, and source.
• Allows each BIS source to be enabled or disabled independently.
• Integrates with RCLootCouncil - ExtraUtilities to identify candidates approaching their next tier-set bonus. A “+” is added to the BIS result when the item would grant the candidate their 2-piece or 4-piece set bonus.

Configuration

Open the BIS section under the RCLootCouncil addon settings to configure:

• Voting-table columns
• Tooltip sources
• Modifier key

Use the BIS Table button in the settings to open the complete class and specialization browser.

BIS data

BIS information is bundled with the addon and is based on recommendations from Wowhead, Icy Veins, and Archon at the time of each release. Because gearing recommendations can change after balancing updates, keep the addon updated for the latest available data.
