Performance
- Removed automatic full UI scans when new group members join.
- New unit frames are now discovered only inside known party and raid frame containers.
- Added bounded local frame discovery to prevent UI-wide scan spikes.
- Roster changes during combat are resolved locally after combat.
- Combat end no longer triggers a global frame scan for roster updates.
- Full frame scanning is now reserved for initialization, recovery and manual scans.
