WHAT IS RAW?
Rumorix Aggro Watcher (RAW) is a lightweight World of Warcraft threat indicator designed specifically for party and raid unit frames.
RAW adds a small, highly customizable indicator to each group member's unit frame, allowing you to immediately see who currently has aggro or is dangerously close to gaining it.
THREAT STATES
🔴 Aggro / Tanking
The player currently has aggro or is actively tanking the enemy.
🟡 High Threat
The player has elevated threat and may be close to pulling aggro.
âš« No Aggro
Hidden by default for an extremely clean interface. An optional custom-colored indicator can be enabled instead.
FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
RAW includes a graphical configuration menu.
Open it with:
/raw
Available customization:
• Indicator size
• Indicator opacity
• Border visibility
• Aggro color
• High Threat color
• No Aggro color
• Hide indicator when there is no aggro
• Anchor position
• Horizontal and vertical offset
• Frame Strata
• Frame Level Offset
• Indicator locking
• Test Mode
Indicators can also be unlocked and moved directly relative to their associated unit frames.
PER-UNIT-FRAME PROFILES
Different unit-frame addons use different layouts and layering systems.
RAW therefore maintains separate positioning profiles for supported unit-frame systems.
Each profile independently stores:
• Anchor
• X Offset
• Y Offset
• Frame Strata
• Frame Level Offset
RAW automatically selects the appropriate profile for the detected unit-frame addon.
Profiles can also be manually selected and configured through the RAW options menu.

RAW includes support for:
• Blizzard Party & Raid Frames
• Danders Frames
• EllesmereUI
• PitBull4
• Cell
• ElvUI / oUF
• Shadowed Unit Frames
• Grid2
• VuhDo
A Global / Default profile provides a fallback for other unit-frame addons.
TEST MODE
RAW includes a built-in Test Mode with 1–8 simulated players.
The test frames display all relevant threat states:
🔴 Aggro
🟡 High Threat
âš« No Aggro
This allows you to configure indicator size, colors, positioning and layering without needing to enter combat or join a group.
Test Mode also uses the currently selected unit-frame profile, allowing different layouts to be prepared in advance.
WORLD OF WARCRAFT 12.1 READY
RAW was designed with the World of Warcraft 12.1 UI restrictions in mind.
Threat information exposed by World of Warcraft as a Secret Value is never directly compared or processed by RAW.
RAW also avoids modifying secure unit frames or third-party click-casting functionality wherever possible.
The goal is simple:
Provide useful threat information without interfering with your unit frames.
LIGHTWEIGHT BY DESIGN
RAW does not attempt to replace your unit frames.
It simply adds one small piece of information that is easy to understand at a glance.
