Ranked Duels 1.1.2

IMPORTANT: Restart WoW completely after updating (a /reload is not enough).

NEW: Every character has its own rating
- Rating, record, titles and achievements are now saved per character instead of shared across your whole account.
- Every character starts fresh at 0 in the addon.
- Your rating on the website (rankedduels.io) is NOT affected. The website is still the official rating.

NEW: Results popup after every duel
- A small scoreboard shows up for 15 seconds after each duel: damage, healing and your rating change.
- Missed it? Type /rd last or click "Last duel" on your Overview page.
- You can turn it off in the settings.

NEW: Two new looks
- Modern: the same style as the website.
- Modern Transparent: the same, but see-through.
- Pick one in the settings or type /rd theme modern or /rd theme transparent.
- In the Modern looks you can fold away the gear side with the small tab on the right edge of the window.

Fair play limits (same as the website)
- Ranked: at most 20 Ranked duels against the same player per day count.
- Skirmish: duels less than 15 seconds apart don't count, and at most 50 Skirmish duels per day count.
- Hover the question mark next to the progress heading in the addon to see all the rules.

Other
- Updated the addon description and help text.
- The companion app does not need an update.
