RaidPilot 0.1.0 — First Release

Developer Note: Welcome to the first release of RaidPilot! This is an early version, so if you run into anything broken during your raid nights, please let me know. Type /rp to open the board, or /rp demo to test the UI with a simulated raid group. Only you need the addon installed; it works perfectly even if no one else in the group has it.

Plan & Invite

• Lockouts & Composition: Instantly see your weekly lockouts and which boss is up next. Select your raid, difficulty, and size, and RaidPilot calculates the exact number of tanks, healers, and DPS required.
• One-Click Guild Invites: Mass-invite everyone in your guild who is online with a single click (can be filtered to specific ranks and above).
• Saved Roster Teams: Save your raid as a reusable team to quickly invite the same core group next week. You can keep several teams saved at once.

Form & Manage

• Drag-and-Drop Roster: The roster displays as raid groups colored by class (or toggle to a role-based list). Drag a player to move them to a new group, or drop them onto someone in a full group to instantly swap their positions.
• Missing Buffs & Utility: View a live breakdown of what your raid brings (Bloodlust, battle res, raid buffs). Missing utility is highlighted in amber, alongside a list of classes that could fill the gap.
• Smart Group Finder Sorting: Applicants are intelligently sorted so the roles you need most sit at the top. Each applicant displays item level, raid progress, and best parse. (Hover for full logs, Shift-hover for per-boss breakdowns. Note: Logs require the Archon Tooltip addon, and progress requires Raider.IO, but the core list functions perfectly without them).
• Applicant Tagging & Notes: Tag players as Good, Trial, or Avoid and write a private note. Your note and tag will appear the next time they apply to your group.
• Whisper Invites & Roles: Automatically invite players who whisper you a custom keyword (off by default). Includes a built-in role check button and a one-click tool to auto-set the roles of your regular raiders.

Pre-Pull Checks (Ready)

• Live Ready Checks: Start a ready check directly from the board. Players light up green or amber, while a side panel cleanly lists exactly who hasn't answered, who is offline, and who is in the wrong zone.
• Consumables & Addons: Instantly see who is missing a flask, food, or raid buffs, and who isn't running a required boss mod (BigWigs or DBM). The specific problem is stamped directly on that player in the roster.
• Actionable Callouts: A single button click posts exactly what (and who) is missing directly to raid chat. Built-in buttons for pull timers and breaks are also included.

Wrap-Up & History

• Nightly Summary: After the raid breaks up, view a summary of the night including bosses killed, pull counts, who received what loot, and overall attendance.
• 10-Night History Log: Stores your last ten raid nights. Tracks player attendance, loot distribution, and who has spent the most time sitting on the bench.
• Discord Export: Easily copy the night's summary as a formatted text block to paste directly into Discord.

System & Scope

• Smart Visibility: The board opens automatically when you list a raid or start a ready check, and automatically closes itself the moment a fight starts. (Both auto-toggles can be turned off in settings).
• Localization: Fully translated into English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian. (These are first passes, so corrections are welcome).
• Out of Scope (By Design): RaidPilot does not auto-list your group (Blizzard requires a manual click), it does not act as an in-combat boss mod, and it does not distribute loot or run DKP (it only tracks history).
