    v1.9.2: fix dead "Off" button and ignored whispered role replies

    Two separate reports from the same raid night.

    "Off" in the healer assignments did nothing:
      The button was anchored to the Earth Shield dropdown, which placed it
      at x~475-535 in a 540px-wide row - underneath the FauxScrollFrame's
      scrollbar, which swallowed the clicks. No error, no lock notice, just
      silence. For non-shamans (a paladin) esDD is hidden, leaving the button
      stranded at the far edge with a gap in front of it. It now anchors to
      the row's RIGHT with clearance for the scrollbar; the two dropdowns
      were narrowed (target 130->118, ES 105->92) so nothing overlaps.

    Whispered role replies were discarded after a "Role Check":
      SendRoleCheck only broadcast the addon popup and never set
      roleChatActive, so the reply handler's first line dropped every chat
      and whisper answer. A player who correctly whispered "4" stayed
      Unknown. Role Check now opens the same listener that Ask All and Ask
      Missing use. ActivateListening is exported on the Roles table because
      SendRoleCheck is defined earlier in the file, where a local would
      compile to a nil global.

    Also raised the role-check window from 90s to 300s - 90 seconds is not
    enough for players mid-pull, and late answers were dropped silently,
    which looks identical to the bug above.
