• Calendar-synced signups (and the organizer's own auto-signup) all showed the same item level in the Roster — whoever's client processed the calendar refresh was stamping everyone else with their own ilvl, since the Calendar API never provides item level and the code silently fell back to the local player's own gear score instead of leaving it unknown. Now a signup made on someone else's behalf never borrows your ilvl; the Roster shows ? for anyone whose real item level isn't actually known (which calendar imports never are).
