Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug were Horn of Winter, Battle Shout, and Commanding Shout were not providing a button when the buff was missing. They will now check for party/raid members within a fixed 30 yards range. (The technical note is that the api function IsSpellInRange() only works for targetable buffs. These are radial buffs, so IsItemInRange() using a scroll is required instead.)
