The window that stuck to the cursor is fixed properly.

Any of the addon's windows could be left mid-move: it would follow your cursor with no button held, or jump when you next grabbed its title bar, and nothing on screen explained why.

This has been fixed four times before and come back every time. Each fix closed one route by which a move could be left running — the frame hidden while you were dragging it, a guard silently discarded, a click swallowed by a dropdown — and there was always another route.

This one closes none of them. It asserts the thing that is true whichever route it was: a frame nobody is holding is not moving. That is checked every frame, so a move that survives anything at all — including something nobody has identified — is over on the next one.

Every movable window in the addon uses the same code for it now, rather than each having its own copy that fixes some of the problem. And if a window ever does move somewhere your cursor did not ask it to, it says so in chat with the numbers, instead of leaving you to describe it.
