Raid Lead Tool (RLT)

This update focuses on Ready Check performance and clarity.

Ready Checks are now much more CPU-efficient, especially in larger raids. RLT now uses event-based aura updates, refreshes only players whose buffs actually change, staggers the initial raid scan, and avoids unnecessary full raid rescans.

Also included:

• Reduced Ready Check memory usage.
• More efficient consumable duration tracking.
• Faster buff detection.
• Better performance when resizing the Ready Check window.
• New green Everyone is Ready message when the entire group confirms ready.
