• Reminder idles outside a group; lock by default; sound option dropped
  Solo, the addon listens only for roster changes: aura and combat events
  and the backstop ticker are registered on joining a party or raid and
  dropped on leaving, and the reminder never shows (the group-only option
  is gone, since it is now the rule). The reminder starts locked, so the
  hide-in-combat and hide-when-buffed options apply out of the box;
  unlocking keeps it visible for dragging. The newcomer sound and its
  bookkeeping are removed. Adds etc/curseforge.md with the listing text.

• Raid Buff Reminder: shows who needs a buff you can give
  TBC Anniversary addon in the mould of Buff Leaderboard: library-free,
  same lint and release tooling. Each class with group buffs (Druid, Mage,
  Paladin, Priest) gets a list narrowed to the spells in its spellbook; the
  group is rescanned on aura and roster changes and a movable reminder
  panel lists, per buff, who lacks it. Buffs to watch are chosen per
  character in the /rbr window; hide-in-combat, hide-when-buffed, lock,
  sound, and minimap options are account-wide.
