 UI/UX Improvements

  - Options Panel Reorganization: Restructured the settings layout for better organization and workflow
    - Merged Custom Buttons section into the Utility Bar section for consolidated icon management
    - Relocated sections for improved logical grouping and accessibility
  - Enhanced Window Controls: Added close button (X) to options panel for quicker access
  - Auto-Center on Load: Options panel now automatically centers on screen when opened for the first time or
  after /reload
    - Window position is preserved when manually moved during the session

  Announcement Presets

  - New Preset Button: Added intuitive "New" button to Announcement Presets section
    - Button layout is now: New | Save | Delete
    - Clicking "New" clears all fields and prepares a fresh preset for creation
    - Eliminates the confusing workflow of manually clearing all fields to create new presets
    - Provides helpful feedback message when creating a new preset

  Bug Fixes

  - Fixed popup dialogs conflicting with Blizzard UI elements (party invites, guild notes, etc.)
  - Fixed popup dialogs appearing during death/release screen

  Quality of Life

  - Improved user experience when creating announcement presets with clearer visual feedback
  - More intuitive preset management workflow
