QuickMarks

 QuickMarks is a raid-leading and assignment management addon for WoW Classic focused on fast in-raid coordination, cleaner workflows, and persistent raid organization tools.

Originally built around rapid raid-marker assignment and announcement presets, QuickMarks has evolved into a broader raid-lead workspace designed to reduce clutter, improve communication flow, and centralize common raid-leading tasks into a single streamlined toolkit.

Core features include:

• Fast raid marker assignment with customizable presets

• Assignment announcement presets tied to encounters and raid setups

• Private raid-lead notes with movable/scalable in-raid display

• Boss progression note stepping with optional auto-advance support

• Saved raid roster planning with drag/drop group management

• Utility Bar for ready checks, pull timers, buffs, notes, and announcements

• Local raid buff tracking sheet for common raid consumables and blessings

• Dockable/movable in-raid utility controls

• Profile export/import support for presets, notes, roster layouts, and custom buttons

• Minimap launcher with configurable visibility

• Extensive options-panel customization and workflow polish

The addon is built specifically around real raid-lead usage rather than static setup screens. Features are designed to minimize unnecessary clicks during progression, keep important information visible without overwhelming the UI, and support both structured raid teams and fast-changing roster environments.

QuickMarks is currently in active development and undergoing live guild testing. The current focus is improving raid-time usability, roster planning workflows, profile handling, and overall UI polish while keeping the in-raid experience lightweight and efficient.
