Added
- Delete a dungeon's mapping from the mapping window, with a confirmation step.
  Useful for clearing out dungeons that have rotated out of the Mythic+ pool.

Fixed
- The mapping window showed a misleading key press count. It was calculated from
  the full mob list, while normal operation only puts nearby mobs in the macro
  and needs a single press. The window now distinguishes the two cases.
