Added
- Export and import your mappings as a single string. Every saved dungeon is
  included, the recipient only has to paste it in, and Mythic Dungeon Tools is
  not required on their side. The string stores mob IDs rather than names, so it
  works across client languages.

Fixed
- Shared mappings would not load without Mythic Dungeon Tools installed. Dungeon
  detection no longer depends on it.
- Macro length was measured in bytes rather than characters, which split the
  macro into unnecessary parts for non-Latin mob names.

Changed
- The mapping window now shows which route or string a mapping came from.
