- Fixed an issue that was deleting any quest that wasn't currently active in the quest logs which accidentally wiped out the history of all the alts who had already finished a quest and not displaying the completed names in the menu list.
- The script will now only delete a quest from the database if zero characters are on it and zero characters have completed it. If even one alt has finished it, the quest stays on the list so you can see the "Complete" status until there are no characters currently on the quest.
