Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the Quest Tracker window always reopened in the center of the screen, ignoring user placement.

Improvements:

• The Quest Tracker window now remembers its last position.
• The window will reopen exactly where you placed it after relogging or /reload.
• Default centering is only used on first run (when no position has been saved yet).
• Window movement is now saved automatically when dragging stops.
• Position restore happens safely after settings are loaded, preventing unexpected resets.
• Fully compatible with the existing Lock Window option.

Technical Notes:

• Window anchor and offsets are stored in SavedVariables.
• No behavior changes to resizing, locking, minimap button, or display logic.
• No additional libraries or dependencies added.
