Changelog

[1.0.1] - 2026-11-07

Added

• "Don't know the weight" under the weight box when you count a move done with a weight. One click saves your reps without a weight.

Changed

• Quick, brisk and fast walks on the pad run twice as long, 40 to 90 seconds.
• The strict burpee and 12 more moves go at a pace you can follow with good form.
• The lying towel stretches name a towel or a belt in every line. You never needed a strap.
• QuestPump on your computer updates the add-on file by file, so an update fetches only the files that changed.
• A smaller download. Lines with the same words share one voice clip, and every clip is packed smaller with the same sound. QuestPump on your computer fetches the move films once, the first time it runs.

Removed

• The towel rows and the Towel and door box. Sets you did on them count as the rows beside them.

Fixed

• On your computer, the count's buttons stay in view at any window size, the XP bar after a run of app pumps shows all their XP, and move names no longer break at a hyphen.

[1.0.0] - 2026-11-05

Added

• Every quest you turn in asks for a pump. A pump is a few push-ups, squats, stretches or yoga moves beside your desk.
• A record for every move. Each goal is just past your recent best, and your first set is your first record.
• More than 300 moves, most with no gear, on 22 ladders in 7 colours.
• A character sheet for your body, with levels, five stats, titles and a weekly vault.
• Bank all and Skip, one click each. Pause for as long as you need. Untick any move you don't want.
• QuestPump on your computer adds the add-on to the game and keeps both up to date. It also keeps a copy of your progress.
• When a new version of the add-on is out, QuestPump on your computer tells the game. You see one line in chat when you log in.
• The setup screen asks only for QuestPump on your computer until the phone app is out.
