Every quest you turn in asks for a few moves at your desk. Beat your own records. A character sheet for your body.
Made for Forever. It also loads on retail.
What happens at a turn-in
Turn in a quest and stand still. The screen dims and asks for a pump: a few push-ups, squats, stretches or yoga moves beside your desk. Do them, type your count, and beat your own record next time. A small quest asks for one or two moves, a big one a circuit of three.
There are more than 300 moves, and most need no gear. They sit on 22 ladders in 7 colours, from wall push-ups up.
What you control
- Bank all: one click, and the moves wait for your next pump.
- Pause for an hour, four hours, until 04:00, or until you turn it back on.
- Skip any unfinished move with one click.
- Set Moves per quest to Light for one move a quest.
- Switch off any move, and tell it your space, your floor and your gear.
- Something hurts? Flag the joint, and your pumps leave out the moves that use it.
QuestPump on your computer
QuestPump on your computer is free and strongly recommended. It keeps a copy of your progress and updates the add-on for you. The add-on plays without it: every pump, records, XP and the sheet. The phone app comes later. It counts down each pump on your phone or your watch.
Commands
Type /qp help in the game for the list.
Questions
Can this get me banned? We can't speak for the game's maker. The add-on uses the game's own add-on interface, like any add-on. QuestPump on your computer never presses a key and never reads the game's memory.
What about combat and dungeons? The boss comes first. The pump waits until the fight is over. In a dungeon, its moves stay unfinished and join your next pump. Skip any of them with one click.
I play with friends. Then what? Your first quest with friends who don't run QuestPump asks once. Bank all keeps the moves for later. Pause while grouped stops pumps for as long as you play together.
I can't do one push-up. Can I still play? Yes. Your first set of a move is your first record, whatever the count. Push-ups start against your desk, and the ladder goes down to wall push-ups. Switch off any move you don't want.
Honour system and safety
You type your count, and nobody checks it.
A game, not medical advice. Stop and get help for chest pain, fainting, unusual breathlessness or a racing heart. Severe muscle pain, swelling or dark urine after a session needs a doctor that day. Ask a clinician first if you have heart, lung, kidney or metabolic disease or high blood pressure, are pregnant or had recent surgery.
