New features

• Left click on a quest in the tracker opens the quest log
• Show quests types (group [60+], dungeon [60D], or raid [60R]) in tooltips, tracker, etc. (fix #1055)
• Add option "Show Quest IDs" (Questie Settings -> Advanced)
• Add option "Hide Unexplored Area Icons" (Questie Settings -> General). Thanks @soldovskij (merge #930)
• Add option to automatically accept/complete quests (Questie Settings -> General)

General fixes

• Due to high number off support requests the DBM HUD feature is now turned off by default. You can re-enable it in the options if you wish to (Questie Settings -> DBM HUD)
• Show a warning the first time DBM HUD is enabled
• Increase DBM HUD refresh rate, so icons look smoother. Can be controlled with a new option (Questie Settings -> DBM HUD)
• Fix quest difficulty colours
• Fix objectives for non-English clients
• Disable level slider when 'Show low level' is active or player is 60
• Increase config range for low-/highlevel quests (fix #694)
