Re-upload of the classic Quartz modular casting bar, updated to load on all current clients - Era, TBC, MoP Classic and Retail. Will be removed when the original updates

The original has not been updated in a long time and no longer loads on the current clients (the game flags it "out of date"). This upload is the original addon, unchanged, with only the client versions updated so it loads again on Classic Era, TBC Anniversary, MoP Classic and Retail. One download works on all four, and your existing Quartz settings are kept.
Quartz is the classic modular casting bar: movable, skinnable cast bars for player, target, focus and pet, with a latency display so you can see exactly when to start your next cast, GCD spark, swing timer, buff/debuff durations, mirror bars, interrupt highlight and more - every module can be toggled. Configure with /quartz.
THIS PROJECT WILL BE REMOVED as soon as the original creator updates his addon. Until then, it exists only so people can keep using it.
Original code is GPLv2; this re-upload keeps the same license and full attribution (see LICENSE-NOTICE.txt inside the zip).
