Description
OmniSeek — the whole world, searchable in-game
Everything about the vanilla world, searchable inside the game. No website, no alt-tabbing — the whole database ships with the addon (under 1 MB). Open with the spyglass minimap button, /os, or /vs.
What each tab does
đź’Ľ Items — "where do I buy this?"
Type an item name (or shift-click an item). You get every vendor that sells it, with prices. Click a row and you see that vendor pinned on the full zone map, his 3D model, and everything else he sells. Leave the search empty and pick a zone to browse every vendor in it.
👤 NPCs — "who is this, and where?"
Type any NPC name — quest giver, trainer, rare, boss. Names are colored by hostility to your faction: red = enemy, yellow = neutral, green = friendly. Click one for the full profile:
- every spawn point pinned on the map
- live 3D model — scroll to zoom, drag to rotate
- the abilities he casts
- the quests he gives, what he sells, and what he drops with chances
âš” Drops — "who drops this?"
Type an item name. Every mob that drops it, sorted by drop chance (derived from the real server loot tables), each one click away from its map page.
âť— Quests — "where's this quest, and what do I get?"
Search by quest name, quest giver, zone, "lvl 30", or combos like "duskwood lvl 25". The quest page shows the giver pinned on the map, the objectives, the turn-in NPC, rewards with icons, XP and money — and the whole chain: what you need first, and what completing it unlocks. Click through entire chains page by page.
Everything connects
- Every quest, item, or NPC shown anywhere is clickable and jumps to its own page.
- Continent and zone dropdowns filter every tab.
- Shift-click items or quests anywhere — bags, chat, quest log, Questie's tracker — to search them instantly.
- TomTom installed? One click sets a waypoint arrow to any result.
- Copy-ready coordinates line on every map page.
- Maps show the complete zone art with no fog of war.
Good to know
- Two downloads: Classic Era and Burning Crusade (same vanilla-world database — no Outland data yet).
- Prices are base prices, before reputation discounts.
- Drop chances are close approximations of the server loot math.
- Dungeon-interior NPCs are searchable but have no zone map.
