Do not install this and the official Quartz together. Both use the folder name Quartz and the saved variable Quartz3DB.
Install
Extract into World of Warcraft/_classic_beta_/Interface/AddOns/
You should end up with Interface/AddOns/Quartz/Quartz_Camelot.toc
/quartz or /q3 opens the options.
What it does
Player, target, focus and pet cast bars, plus GCD, latency, interrupt color, buff bars, swing timer, tradeskill merge and a mirror timer.
Forever uses the 12.x UI, so some cast times and auras are secret. This fork shows those casts with Blizzard's duration API instead of erroring, and skips secret values in the other modules.
Known limits
The melee swing timer and "interrupted by" name stay quiet while the combat log is blocked. Buff bars only list auras whose duration can be read.
